Mark Arballo and Patrice Hohl

 

Patrice Hohl
A new up-coming trainer in the Reining industry with numerous successes in the past couple of years. Riding horses since 8 years old, showing english and western pleasure at breed shows she was first introduces to Reining when she attended Morrisville State University. After completing college Patrice worked for several of the Top Professionals in the Reining industry and became very competitive in the show pen at major NRHA events.

In 2009 she received the NRHA Reserve World Champion title in Rookie Professional and finished in the Top 5 Limited Open World Standings with Mifmatics. Her success continued in 2010 with KR Dark Remedy "Curley", receiving the NRHA Limited Open Reserve World Champion title.

Patrice strives to pass her experience and knowledge to her clients and focuses on their success in the show pen.

Mark Arballo
Born and raised in Southern California, Mark Arballo has been involved with horses since early childhood.  As he grew older, his passion for horses became stronger.  His reining career started in 1985, training and working for Matt Lanz, then later on for Tim McQuay for several years.

With over twenty years of experience, Mark also has a successful show career, including several titles such as world, reserve world champion and Top Ten Finishes.  In 2004 he placed in the Top Five for the Intermediate Open and in the Top Ten for the Open Futurity aboard Chic Magnetic.

Mark's coaching skills helped several of his clients make their dreams come true.  From Youth to Limited Non Pro he has successfully taken them to World and Reserve World Champions, Top Ten Finalists and qualifiers for Affiliate Finals.  Many of his rookie riders have qualified and competed for the Performance Horse Rookie of the Year title in Oklahoma City at the NRHA Futurity.

In 2012, Mark and Patty relocated to The River Valley Ranch in San Diego, California.  Arballo Reining Horses specializes in teaching and coaching riders as well as training horses from 2 years old to finished reiners.  With Mark's experience and knowledge, we will educate you and your horse while helping you reach your highest goals in and out of the show pen.  Mark's passion and goal is to develop team work between you and your horse so you will not just be "good enough", but achieve your best.
